In the picturesque settlement of “Berdemiaros”, very close to “Triandaros” village, 6,5Km away from Tinos port, with a breathtaking view, stands a medieval stone house the age of which (over 500 years) merges with the history of the island.
This house, recently restored and renovated with excellent artistic taste and luxury, consists of:
- Groundfloor that includes the master bedroom with a huge bathtub and a fireplace made of marble, the toilet, the stairway to first floor, the guestroom and the bathroom for guests.
- First floor that includes the livingroom with a fireplace made of marble, the stairway to groundfloor, the dining room, the kitchen with many cupboards and shelves, the bathroom, the storeroom and the stairway to second floor.
- Second floor that includes the children’s room and TV room.
- Yards and terraces transformed into havens protected against sun and wind.
The house offers two uncovered outdoor sitting areas (one in the yard and another on terrace) and two covered with pergolas outdoor sitting areas on first floor level with stone tables. It also offers a small out of the house storeroom with shower and a beautiful barbecue made of stone.
The total surface of the house exceeds 175 m2. The property also includes a 42 m2 adjacent small lot on which another one storey house could be built or, if the buyer prefers, a small garden or yard could be formed.
The house also disposes of a watertank with automatic pump in case of shortage of running water from the village (very rare but not impossible in Cyclades islands).
The reconstruction of the house is of exquisite quality and the stunning view embraces the valley and the sea with Myconos, Dilos and Rinia islands as shown on pictures.
